Very smooth process

Your team really worked overtime and was so patient and kind to us in our time of incredible need. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts, you guys did what the other companies just didn't want to do! We are enjoying our new home and appreciate...

Need to list all information needed up front and not something every day. Avery was excellent to deal with.

Our consultant Avery was SO helpful through this whole process. She made herself available whenever we had any questions and clearly communicated the process. We were so pleased with the service we received!

Nikki was extremely helpful in guiding us through our first home loan. I would recommend her to anyone searching for one.

Made our dreams come true! Thank you so much!

An easy stress free process.

Very easy to work with and was able to answer our questions and get the deal done in adequate time! Thank you!

The ladies at Atlantic Bay were informative and transparent throughout the home buying process. We felt supported and highly involved and appreciated the effective communication and willingness to help!
