We had a rough transaction with realators and fine details but the team did an amazing job navigating through it and helping get it settled

Communication and problem-solving throughout the entire process were below expectations and could have been handled much better.
It was a less-than-desirable process from start to finish. I am not sure if the loan officer was new or simply disorganized, but the communication throughout was lacking. The most significant issue occurred when we received a "clear to close"...
