Nikki was very informative and helpful.
Good communication, I also appreciate that I was able to ask questions and not feel stupid for asking question. Staff was understanding and worked hard to get us into a house. Thank you so much fore everything!
Overall I didn't feel like I was a priority. The same 2nd class citizen feeling you get with larger companies.
