Niki Cantrell is knowledgeable, efficient and easy to work with. I rarely give anyone a 10 out of 10 rating, but she earned it. I have no qualms whatsoever about recommending her to anyone looking to refinance a home.
Niki was very knowledgeable and patient with us. Her team was very helpful as well. Not to mention we got a great rate!
Great for a 800K+ new buy....lacking priority (even with multiple referrals) on a refi. unfortunately & the "team" is somewhat disorganized. Her energy is incredible and I enjoyed all interactions when we did speak.
