What truly drives me as a business owner is leading a good business in a great community like ours. Every day, I have the privilege of connecting with families and business owners to review their insurance portfolios--not to sell policies, but to add value, inform and help protect what matters most to them. When people truly understand their coverage, they feel empowered, and that peace of mind is incredibly meaningful to me. Honestly, my favorite part of what I do happens beyond the walls of my office. Through Helping Hands grants for local nonprofits twice a year, sponsoring youth athletics, and volunteering in our community every Friday, I get to see firsthand how business can be a force for good. I believe when you lead with integrity, service, and heart, you don't just build a strong business, you get to help strengthen lives and the community around you. And that's why I love what I do.Allstate and my agency get to help support our community with volunteerism and the Helping Hands grants which I have helped to facilitate year after year. I truly love what I do.
