Nicole had effective communication with all parties making the transaction easy and smooth. She seek for alternatives and options to help the client close in their home.

This was my first propert, was a lot of feelings because is a process full of papeen work, a lot of signs , lot of documents requeste, but Nicole help me to go through very well. She make feel like was a family helping me with the process....

Nicole answered the phone on a Sunday night and took on a complex loan situation where another lender told us they were not going to be able to close. You can tell that Nicole loves her job and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her.

She explained everything and reached out a lot to see if we had questions. She was really quick and professional.

She worked with my husband more than me but everything was well lined out for me through the app. She moved very quickly and helped us last minut. she did great and would recommend her to anyone
