Nicole and Claire seemed overworked. I had to double check everything and tell them things multiple times. I also had to go through another bank to negotiate a better rate, though I understand that's how the business works.

Nicole and her team were amazing. They have helped us with two loans over the past 8 years. Our most recent loan required a large amount of collaboration and expediting but with their help everything worked out. Highly recommend.
