Nicole and Claire provided amazing customer service, stayed on top of all the issues, and kept me in the loop during the whole process. I felt like they were genuinely there to make my refinance go smoothly.

Nicole and her team were on it. They answered all of our questions, monitored rates and deftly pushed through all of the paperwork. We've refinanced several times and this was definitely the smoothest of them all.
The entire process took less than two months. Nicole was clear, concise and guided us through every stop of our refi closing almost exactly on her estimated date. Would highly recommend working with her to take advantage of low rates.
