Nicole was friendly, listened and understood my needs and concerns She helped me every step of the refinance process and was always available.
My experience with Nicole was great. There was a slight delay in receiving the funds. Getting to right department to ask questions was challenging. Nathan helped in the end and took care of the of the situation.
Nicole is awesome !!
