Easy to get ahold of with any questions I had
Nick was watching interest rates closely because the bond market was rapidly changing. He was able to find us a great rate.
Less people in the chain. I received emails from at least 5 different people about my loan and it became hard to keep up with whom was requesting what docs and info.
