The coordination between my daughter Stephanie and you was extremely helpful.
We originally aimed for a <30 day closing with our out of town lender. Covid 19 created further challenges. Then we were struggling with negotiating much needed repairs. Nick offered sound advice and since he was local changing to him seemed wise. By then it was about 14 days to closing. We got everything we wanted including our closing day! Nick & his team are fantastic!
