Knowledgeable and quick responses. Available via text or call is always helpful. Able to quickly compare rates and loans and assist in choosing what is best for me financially.
The underwriting process was a disjointed mess. The more information they asked to review the less they understood my financial situation. They were not prepared for someone with income outside the norm of a W-2 and a car loan.
Nick was accessible and took the time to answer any questions we had about the process. Great customer service!
