Professional, excellent communicator. 5 stars all around
Nick was very personable. He helped me understand the process of buying my first home. Ultimately I went with Nick for my lender because he was always available, prompt to respond, and his responses were helpful and informative.
Not much communication from Nick Russo himself (which is the main reason why we went with Towne Mortgage) but more so his team. Communication was all over the place and we sent so many duplicates between team members it was very frustrating....
