Gloria and Nicki were great at keeping me up to date. The only recommendation that I would have is to be able to access rate information on line quickly to be able to keep up with rate changes instead of trying to contact people by phone.
All the staff was very personable and quick to assist with the entire process. I could tell that everyone was working together to get the best rates and make this transaction as smooth as possible for me.
