Nick was on it from the get go. Extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful and in every interaction. Working with Nick has been a breath of fresh air compared to most of the other service providers I've been dealing with lately.
There were times where requests were made of us late in the evening that needed responses by the next morning. Whether it's time to review documents or sign them I think we could have used more notice in advice of decision/response points.
He is the best, more than just a mortgage officer but a friend. He is available at all times, even on Sundays and when he's in the doctor's office. Just can't go wrong with him.
