With all of their interactions with me, Nick, Walter and team have been very responsive and quick. Nick was always happy to take a call and answer all my questions.
Nick communicated and emailed us with anything we might have a question or concern on. He was very responsive and helpful with documents. He gave us updates on our status on our loan. Overall we were satisfied with his performance.

Very knowledgeable
Superb customer service and professionalism. Communication was clear and fluent, prompt and reliable service from all the staff who one way or another were an intricate part of making our experience, formidable.
Nick made himself available to answer any questions are concerns I had. He assured me that it all would be ok in the end.
