Nick was awesome. Very responsive and helpful!
Speak to customers like they are adults. Don't be condescending and don't skirt around questions!! DO NOT call a client and degrade them for having to spend money on auto repairs and day to day living expenses!!

we were able to lock in on lower rates than we initially expected just as Nick predicted. I'm really glad we had him onboard to help us get a loan for our first home.
As first time homebuyers, communication could have been better. We didn't always know what to expect and what was needed. Also, emails were not always answered in a timely manner and if we didn't send a text we often didn't get a response....
