As first-time homebuyers, we really appreciated the transparency and the extra effort to understand the whole end-to-end process. Nick was amazing.
Again, as a first time home buyer I felt the process could've been explained better or more thoroughly from the start. Communication was fast and reliable.
Systems were very easy to use, but Nick and his team's adapting to my normal communication preferences and ensuring i was on everything was what put the experience over the top.
