We had a wonderful experience and the process was very smooth
Nick was exceptionally communicative and very responsive. He explained everything that needed explaining along the way and if he needed to find an answer he was very quick to do so.
Nick was always willing to answer questions and give advice no matter how many times we asked.
Whenever I needed assistance getting an answer or help with computer communications, the response time was quick.
As a first time home buyer I was not as informed about the process as someone who has been through the home buying process. Overall the transaction was a success, but I did feel there was some transparency issues that were not being communicated....
