Very helpful in answering questions on forms, etc. and how to navigate different computer issues I had. Would follow through with any concerns regarding process. Very much relieved I now have a mortgage payment I can "live with" !!
Helped me reduce my monthly mortgage to an amount I can "live with" .... was rejected by another Bank but he was able to look further into negotiations to a happy ending.
