I enjoy taking the time to understand your current financial situation and future financial goals. If you are ready for financing, I educate you regarding your financing options and explain the benefits of each avenue. If you are not ready for financing, I provide a strategy to prepare for your home purchase in the near future. I will work with your realtor helping you to get your home purchase offer accepted. I am available after traditional working hours, as I understand the home purchase process typically occurs after work and on weekends. I value my reputation, and I maintain relationships with my clients long after the purchase has been completed. Ultimately, my greatest professional joy is seeing my clients purchase real estate in California.
