Nicholas was great. He returned all.my calls very quickly and was able to answer my question without hesitation.
Although I had some minor issues with communication in other dlareas of my loan, all in all it was a fine experience

I had multiple hiccups duirng my application (rate lock issues, appaisal process). In both instances, I had to request manager engagement to resolve the situation.
