Overall great job and simple process. Only thing I would have changes is making sure the appraisal was done sooner.
AT THE START OF IT ALL. WE DID NOT HAVE A GOOD REALTOR. LACK OF COMMUNICATION. AND WAS RUDE AND YELLED AT DANIELLE. BUT NATASHIA TOOK OVER AND EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AND NICK EVEN KEPT UP WITH US. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT AFTER THAT
