His staff was on top of everything, kept in good communication, answered questions promptly and was able to assist when I couldn't find home insurance at a reasonable rate.
The turn around time was faster than I expected and the flexibility of the team was outstanding!
Anyways very helpful and made sure I understood everything. Communication was clear and precise and always in a timely manner.

Communication throughout the process was extremely poor. We had to scramble to get documents while at the closing table which should have been done way before. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed with the whole process.
