Everybody was helpful in us understanding the process. A couple people got a bit snippy, and came off rude. But I'm hoping they just didn't translate well over email.

Unfortunately, I couldn't imagine the loan process to be any worse than what I had experienced. Not very much communication and a lot of last minute things that made everything very difficult for me and my family.
