Hey Andrew, that isn't correct. If a payment was made 1 day prior to payoff, this makes the amount you owe less so you'll get reimbursed some monies. If paying if off before payment applied, then all the interest is tacked onto to the loan...

Very on point and thorough. He took the time to explain everything to my buyer and applied for a grant for my buyer.
Extremely helpful through the entire process, answered all of our questions in detail.
Nic was extremely helpful and detailed, he guided us through the loan process with ease. It was challenging buying and selling at the same time in addition to moving from out of state, but he was always there with the answers.
