Straightforward, easy, and clear communication.
Nic was super friendly and helpful, as first time home buyers we had a lot of questions that Nic was able to answer very quickly, the process was smooth but explained well!
Nic took the time to explain in plain terms everything about the lending process. He was quick to respond to all of our questions and we really appreciated the videos he sent explaining difficult concepts along the way.
