Nick did a great job helping us buy our new home. The entire process happened very quickly thanks to Nick staying on top of things. He communicated with us so we knew exactly when we could close, thanks a bunch Nick, we love our home.
He knows the market and what is happening. He is on top of deadlines. If he thinks something will be an issue - he will advise you of it. He is very organized. He is a very understanding person, works with you and enjoys his work.

Nic was very accessable to work with and had the answers I needed. While; I did have some unexpected closing costs, due to a mix up my husband made, we were able to close on time and moved into our new home on schedulel.
