The buyers we're unhappy with his service, they said Jason and Megan needed to communicate better, buyers felt frustrated. That is why I didn't do 5 stars, I like Jason a lot he's very responsive.
I was not pleased with the communication between the loan processor, and Jason, I had to send some paperwork twice. But Jason was helpful, I think the closing cost where a bit high.
