Nhi was very professional and kept me up to date on how the loan was progressing. She would answer questions before I could ask. We closed on time with a very smooth transaction.
Nhi is a wonderful Loan Officer. We were ready to close early and she kept buying and selling side of the transaction informed at all times.
She was always on top of any issues that would arise but there were very few anyway. She was also great at explaining the whole home loan process.
