I rarely post reviews, but I have taken a particular exception with this useless group. I sincerely hope they go out of business so that others won't have to deal with them in the way that I had to.Not only was I rescheduled the first time...

I called to see if these guys could do a fireplace for me on the north shore. He called me back promptly after they opened and said that he wouldn’t be able to help me in my service area, but gave me a ton of tips for who to use in my area....

Great work, parts came early. Larry worked well with my tenant to schedule.
New England Hearth And Home has received a review with 5 star rating from Bolivar Barreto
We have purchased two fireplaces here in the last 2 years. Larry and the staff are fantastic. Larry has never tried to upsell, is honest and no-nonsense. They stand behind their work and the products they sell.
Everyone from showroom to install was professional and helpful. Communication is excellent. Technician Justin was efficient and clean. Couldn't be happier with our gas insert. Best price around.
