This is my second time refinancing with Nestor. He is always there to tell me if any updates have been made to get me the best offer.
Communication and follow up were terrible. I was passed through multiple people and the ball was dropped many times. It took 6 months to close a simple refi. If it weren't for the low rate I would have walked away.
I was referred to Nestor by a co-worker and he was right. Nestor was great.
Gina Hernandez was amazing. After that, the process seemed very unorganized.
