The interest rate
I got the rate and the transaction done as I wanted. The downside was it took a lot longer than expected.
Easy to work with.
Neil was very helpful and knowledgeable about refinancing. This is the second time I have had him help me. I would certainly recommend Neil and Golden Oak to my friends.
