sometimes It was hard to get ahold of him! We closed the Friday before Christmas and we still have not gotten our money or our bills paid yet! It's now day 10!

This whole process was messed up from the start. Communication was poor, I was asked for the same information numerous times, I did not get regular updated on the progress. I tried to explain this was not a second home and no one would listen....
