The professional manner in which everything was handled!

Like other reviews I've read, the communication was less than lacking. Huge problem when it came to some of the issues we were having. Creating a great deal of stress for me and my family, as we almost didn't have a place to live.
I was working with a different person at first. I really never heard from him at all. But when I called and started talking to Neal everything was like night and day. He moved quickly and was very professional
Neal walked us through the entire process, answered our questions along the way and was a pleasure working with him.
