Nate was very friendly and professional he help me get a great rate and called me during the process to give me updates on my loan I will refer Loanpal and refer Nathaniel to help them.
My representatives were very knowledgeable and quite informative. They kept me in the loop and answered any questions that I had. Nat Pendleton work expeditiously to get my loan approve. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.
I worked with Nat and Shae during this process and they were always available for my questions and concerns. They were both great at communicating with me every step of the way. The refinancing process was so easy with them at the helm.
Personal touch. Nathaniel Pendleton was available to me whenever I had a question or concern. Although we are on 2 different sides of the US the entire process was easy and fairly quick.
