Employees were knowledgeable and assisted during the entire process. Staying in contact during the process with updates made everything run smoothly.
Customer service but because of the situation of covid 19 the process was long and extremely difficult. I understand this difficult times but was very long process.

One Closing complete and correct! not 3 instances of signing papers! Two required full signings third we did not get copies of signing ! Seems to be Closing company errors not Notary, not us..., Not Loan Pal...
