    Nat was always on top of things and if I had a concern, he addressed it right away. I like that he made decisions that made it easier to go thru the process.

    I believe that the underwriting process is cumbersome, and at times, irrelevant. I say this as a former banker, lending VP, someone who has written underwriting procedures. Review your underwriting requirements for common sense.
