Having the process go so smoothly. Nathaniel answered all questions and concerns remarkably fast and explained in depth to understanding .
This is my second Davidson home, this time the communication along the process was more which let me know how things were going. Secondly, as we approached closing it was clear when I needed to repond to keep things on schedule.
Nathaniel discussed financing options, and always himself available for questions by phone or email
