Constant communication from Nathan and his teammates. Very upfront about everything including potential costs and no question of mine ever went unanswered. Great team they have over there.
As a first time homebuyer, I had many questions. I frequently got emails from Nathan answering questions that I hadn't even asked yet, as well as emails answering questions I hadn't even thought of yet. I always felt very well informed!
