lack of communication on original contact. I did not realize everything would be sent via my computer which meant I had to buy a copier/scanner to send things to Fairway.
Always ready to help. Always answered the phone. Never a delay getting help
It was easy and fast good job
Nathan was so great. Really helped us get through the maze. Always there to answer questions . Great communications. Not sure we could have gotten the mortgage without his guidance.

The team made things very simple for a first time home buyer.
Lots of personal and financial info required but process moved along relatively quickly. The closing agent at
Land Title was extremely efficient. Nathan came to our house to help with computer entry of data. Much appreciated.
Nathan is a easy person to work with, always on time , and returns all phone calls ASAP.
