Very easy to work with
Had questions answered quickly and explained so I could understand them.
Nathan and his team were great from the very beginning. Always available to answer questions and extremely helpful, even when I felt like I was asking a silly question.
Confusion with documents needing to be submitted and many people emailing for the same documents.
Ease of loan procurement. Electronic documents. Safe and secure transactions.
Team was always super responsive and made doing business easy
Nathan's performance was excellent as was the performance of the other team members. Rates were not competitive, the introduction of points to get a competitive rate was not acceptable either.
Speed of closing and ease of paperwork and communication.
