I really appreciate the feedback and am looking forward to working with you again.
The team was very responsive with all my questions and let me know when there were road bumps so I could help facilitate sending/receiving documentation at Annie Mac and the title company. We made it to closing and that’s all that matters.

It was a difficult process. My wife had to stay on top of everything. She had to make sure that everything was done and followed up with everyone. The closing would not of happened if she didn’t do it. Your staff was not on top of the processes....
