The process took longer than we expected, but Nathan worked tirelessly to get us into our new home.
Just seemed like at the end when we was going close to the closing day. I had no idea what was going on and have no idea on how much I need to close. And felt like the under writer wasn’t doing there job
Be more proactive in timing of providing request for info. Also reach out more on progress. I never teally knew where i wad and had to aleays ask during the process.
