If needs and lack of documentation were verbalized more quickly, some of the obstacles would have been resolved sooner.
I suggest more simplicity with the documentation process (fewer requirements for documentation once the credit, history and character of the borrower have been established) and also less intrusion and prying into aspects of the borrowers life...
