Nate was very good at communicating where we were at in the whole process and was quick to answer any questions we had. He made the whole experience go very smoothly and not stressful at all.

He really knew how to explain to us all the questions we had, and in a sense "dumbed" the process down so we could understand things better, considering we were first time home buyers.
