We were pretty stressed out having to switch lenders because our previous lender told us of a huge issue with our loan 6 days before closing, but Natasha was fast, informative, and super helpful!
Natasha is always available, always able to help, and always able to get the job done. Our mortgage had a hiccup with the appraisal and even with that issue, we were able to close quickly once the situation was resolved
