I'm an East Coast girl but have lived and worked in Southern California since 2004 and lived in Coto De Caza, Malibu, Palm Springs, and San Pedro in the Palos Verdes/Long Beach area. I have carted 3 kids all over the place for soccer, lacrosse, hockey, swimming, and performing arts so I KNOW SOCAL and I want to show you the best places to live within your budget. I have lived Internationally in Dusseldorf Germany for 4 years and my husband has lived and worked in Saudi Arabia, Seoul So. Korea, and Mumbai India. I have visited him frequently as well as over 40 Countries.
