My questions were always answered in a timely manner. Also, the entire process was fast and easy, just how I wanted it to be.
Friendly personal service
For me what made it great, was working around my schedule (which was huge!), as well the attention received for any of the issues came across, ability to provide documents vs calling.
The team worked w me and was quick to respond when I had questions
1.The Signing Documents were unnecessarily repetitive. It took two full hours to do the notary signing.
2.The Escrow service was poor to the point of being useless.
3. Customer Service in approving the loan was excellent
The process was quick and easy.
The app made uploading documents simple and tracking progress easy.
Matthew Zieber and Audrey Green did a wonderful job explaining everything required and the benefits of refinancing.
