The piano was documented incorrectly on our end as an upright piano when it was actually a spinet. We apologize for the charge and we refunded $125 today. We are so sorry for the inconvenience and the time it took to sort this out.

Leigh, thanks for the review of your move with us. The crew usually wear masks on arrival and on customer request. I'll check with our Operations manager to see if that's still the case. Either way, I'm sorry you weren't comfortable.
